With the arrival of the first foals of the season, August is always an exciting time on any stud.  Here at Summerhill we have been waiting in anticipation for a peek at our new sire’s progeny and we have not been disappointed.  Although Ravishing’s first foals have yet to arrive we have had a good number of Mullin’s Bays and Strongholds on the ground and if these foals are anything to judge by, the future is bright!

The Mullins Bays are, like their father, attractive, scopey sorts with good bone, clean legs and plenty of presence.  The Strongholds are real Danehill types:  solid, well balanced, correct and so far, all bay.

It’ll be a few years before we see them on the tracks, but we could not be happier with what we are seeing.  Take a look – we’re sure you’ll agree!
